HockeyFundraising.net is a website created by Skating Dynamics. Skating Dynamics is dedicated to teaching proper hockey technique as it applies to skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting, scoring, checking, and position specific training for forwards and defensemen. We offer Power Skating and Stickhandling camps to Mites and Squirts, Power Skating and Hand Skills camps to PeeWee, Bantam and Older players, Elite Programs to travel players and Adult only camps during the summer months. During the hockey season we offer Short Time Training programs and In-Season Skill Sessions for hockey associations and teams where we work with organizations to design customized skill development programs.
We became interested in developing fundraising programs because we recognized the need for players to lessen the out-of-pocket expenses associated with the sport. Obviously, it is in Skating Dynamics interest to help maintain and grow the sport.
Our first fundraising programs began with offering teams and associations the opportunity to sell website ads on our comprehensive Rink Directory, www.rinkdirectory.com. It allows revenue to flow to the team or association month after month after month for the length of the advertising contract. Once the leg work is done, the ads can be renewed for subsequent years with little effort and the revenue continues.
Our second program involved coming up with some unique, great tasting hockey themed candy. We worked with a small manufacturing company in a neighboring community to produce quality products - Rink Bars (with & without Nuts), Fudgie Pucks, Top Shelf Peanut Butter Bars and Sticky Tape Taffy. These are products that are easily sold: door-to-door, at tournaments, as birthday party favors, stocking stuffers, or corporate gifts.
Recently, we decided to add quality apparel at affordable prices, pancake & waffle flour, and customized sticks.
There are a host of other quality fundraising products and programs available. We have designed this site so that we can include them, too.
